when i was a little boy i use to look up to my dad he would tell me we are going camping and fisshing, hunting i would look forward to all these things only to be disapionted. my mom would try to fill the empty spot in my heart and she did her best, but it is not the same as a dad doing it so i grew up my whole life with an empty space in my heart. when i was about 17 years old i found out my dad was gay, that broke me because i was not ready for that i did not talk to him for years. then one summer i was at my sister's house and he called and my sister asked me if i wanted to talk to him i said i would next time. well little did i know that would be the last time i would have the chance. I went back and picked up my girl friend to move to colorado and the night i got there my sister got a call and she came down stairs and told me my dad had been mudered. i never got the chance to talk to him. so let this be a lesson there is not always tomorrow.
