I didn't really get the 1st sentence but no big deal.If i understood it right you are a girl.You never mentioned who is keeping you isolated from the world outside.You got no family or friends so you are an orphan.Who takes care of you then?How old are you?You say you got no friends,but a boyfriend.Thats a friend right?If you can't share your emotions/feelings with him then don't call him a boyfriend.Take my advice and find something to look forward to.I know its easier to say than to do.You can find a temporary job and earn money to go to university/college.If you get that right and get a master's degree in whatever you learned then all the roads are open for you,depending where you live of course.Every country is in need of specialists and people that know what they are doing and do it professionaly.If you get a highly-paid job ex: a doctor then your life will jump up from no quality to high quality.I know its easy for me to tell you this and very hard for you to actually to it,but trust me,you have to crawl before you can walk.And most important of all,never forget that God is watching over his children.Jesus will help you and stick out his gracious hand to you if you just believe in him and obey his commandments.Hope this helps,best of luck my friend.

So your boyfriend doesn't let you do anything?
You need to get out of there.

First find a place for the child to stay.
You have to tell some one about this.
Some one with authority.

If I understood it correctly, it sounds to me like he's abusing and isolating you.
So, like I said, get out of there.
