I love you all. I read all your stories and my heart cries for you and it smiles for you. You are all beautiful artists who are feeling what we call in German weldschmertz, which translates to world pain. We are amidst great change, it is coming, and you are feeling it because you are sensitive and compassionate individuals. I hear you. I feel you. I love you. I wish I could make it better RIGHT NOW but please be patient. The world will change, you are feeling it happening at this very moment. Life, as we know it, sucks. The world is falling about, the stock market crashed, the environment is dying, war is raging on, we have been fed lies and bullshit and fast food, somebody wants to keep us FAT, LAZY, and STUPID. Why else do we live in a fast food nation, prozac nation, television nation. They don't want us to THINK FOR OURSELVES, to make our own decisions, to grow our own vegetables, to be educated, courageous, strong, and independent individuals. They wouldn't be able to control us as they do!
PLEASE, go home tonight and manage to sit in silence for at least one minute, maybe ten? Breathe. Inhale through your nose and exhale (twice as long) through your mouth. Release any tension you are holding onto. LET IT GO. Make a promise to yourself that you will NOT BE ONE OF THE SHEEP. It begins within you. You have everything within you. THIS is what they don't want you to know! THIS makes you powerful, self-sufficient, unique, and beautiful. Each one of us has something special to give to the world, some talent, skill, something that makes you happy that can make others happier too. What do you have that is special? Think about it. You are one of a kind:) Be KIND to yourself, love yourself, RESPECT yourself. Try to focus inward atleast once a day, recollect your energy, your power! You have everything within. You have the power, stop giving it away. Above all, believe in yourself. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. I believe in you.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Next time you feel alone, sit quietly, still your mind, open your heart, maybe sing... I WILL BE THERE WITH YOU. ALWAYS. This is why I am here. FOR YOU. I love you. I see you. From this day on, you will never again have to feel like your are alone or going through this alone, think of me...
