Tell me about it...

I'm 24 years old and my life seriously sucks right now. First off, I will start with the obvious which is that I still live with my parents, and work as a cashier at a grocery store(I've had this job since I was 18) I have gone to college, and still have yet to graduate. I'm going to do nursing, even though that is not really what I want to do. However, at this point I have so much student loan debt that I am almost forced into doing nursing. Then, I don't have that many friends, and have never had a boyfriend. It seems like once all the guys I like get to know me they inevitably lose interest. I spend most of my nights watching instant netflix on my computer. Also, I have to file bankruptcy now due to a mountain of medical bills. Recently, my dad lost his job but was able to find another job within a week. He worked at that job for a total of three weeks before he was fired yet again. My mom is only person working and so they now cannot afford their house and have to move. She and my dad constantly argue and are prob going to get divorced. All of this over money...

You have your health, a possible future and your dignity. Hold on to those not your mom and dad.

I can't believe how much this sounds like my life. I'm 24, still live with my parents (who barely even speak to each other except to argue, mainly about money), never had a boyfriend, don't really go out. I even went to college to do Nursing (which i'm not 100% committed to but I just felt like I needed to do something with my life) but had to drop out because of financial troubles. It's so weird how similar our stories are.

Iam 32 live in my moms cold wet basement. I pay 540 a month in childsupport for the last 7 years now. I got at least a 65 gas bill a week to get back and forth to my job. I make 530 every two weeks I can't get ahead for nothing. So u think ur life sucks take a walk in someone elses shoes.

I sympathize. I am 27, live with my mother and brother as well as grandmother. I have my own room which is cool, but my new job will be paying me about 300 a week, which is not too great. Worse, I only have 300 bucks in the bank, nice huh? Life does suck, but hey, at least you don't have kids. I don't either and for that reason, I am thankful. It can be worse, but damn.....good luck. Im me on aim at Kingdanny84 if u want to.
