i have PPD (paranoid personality disorder) but i still manage to have a smokin hot girlfriend who loves me. Just think, if i can have that sort of relationship whilst constantly feeling anxious and paranoid about every little thing, you can stop crying over shit that bears no relevance to anything, get back to me when something really bad actually DOES happen to you.
