I came to the US when I was 17 years old, now I am 23. I graduated High School, I am currently in college while serving in the military part-time. My goal is to become an Security Forces officer and a music video director and editor. I got kicked out by my father over an argument about my dead mother. Since then, I have been living in my uncle's basement.

I had a part-time seasonal job, but I got laid off because they only needed people for the holidays. Now, I have nothing, but a sister in m own countries to take care of with no money and some bills to pay; I live here. My life is so humiliating ,and honestly, I feel like a loser. I pray GOD often and post my work on youtube. Maybe one day I will get discovered. It feels like GOD never hears my prayers.

Times are tough right now friend. The economy is still slacking, your not a loser, we just live in an unfortunate time right now because of the economy. If your passionate about your work, eventually you'll bear the first fruits of your work, it may take some time though. I know of a lot of musicians who didn't make a cent until they were in they're late 20s. Just keep working at it and plugging away. Also, Are you praying to Jesus? He is the intercessor for our prayers. Better question, have you accepted Jesus Christ as your lord and savior? Also, what are you praying for, are you just praying for money so you can buy stuff and be happy? It doesn't work like that, first off ultimately money will only bring you temporary happiness, (now money isin't evil but your goals need to be different) only jesus can satisfy us, if money is your lord you'll always be a slave to it, you'll just want more and more, never satisfyed. I'm not saying that your a greedy person or anything like that im only using an example. Matthew 11:28 Then Jesus said, "Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest". Start looking at the positives in your life, start looking at your life as half full, not half empty.

If you already have the skills and equipment/software to film videos or edit videos then don't wait to be discovered. Post your services on sites like Craigslist.org and get the word out via word of mouth. Plenty of people are looking to have video work done. The gigs may not pay much but they will get you started.
