The World

This is a message I have made because I am tired of things being the way they are, as I’m sure many of you also feel. If you care about yourself, your race, your planet, or anything, try reading this. I know it’s long, but there’s a strong meaning to it if you read the whole message.

The human race in my eyes is completely failing in its existence, whether we ever have a true purpose or not. I look around me and am surrounded by idiots most of the time; people who lack common sense or intelligence completely. I'm not sure if you could even call it common sense anymore, seeing as how the majority of people I have met, lack it. Nobody cares to face reality or the truth. Even in simple social matters, such as with a date, we play around the truth so much to try and present ourselves better to each other. We lie about everything constantly, and I want everyone to just see the truth, even the personal truths on the inside we have each been hiding from ourselves.

First, the governments around the world do not serve the people's will anymore, so why do they still exist? I don't know if the governments truly realize why they exist anymore, or if they continue the same processes our forefathers created just out of security and reason because it is what they know how to do. Governments are in place to give law and order to society, but all nations, especially the United States, are heading towards absolute chaos.

In recent news, Obama officially declared our country as a warzone, congress is trying to abolish freedom of speech through the SOPA/PIPA/ACTA bills, the president even has a "tattle tale" website where regular people can report other regular people for talking down upon the president or forming conspiracies (i.e. if someone was drunk and said something like "I'm going to [insert action] the president one of these days!", he could be arrested at his doorstep.). A lot of these actions have been taken partially due to a political activist and hacking group dubbed Anonymous, who are trying to reveal the truth and certain secrets.

What happens if war is declared on US soil and the country falls? Or what if Obama and the current congress decide to declare Martial Law? Over time, the entire world will be affected. The unrest and instability of the people of each country would cause a collapse in economies, more revolutions out of fear and anger, et cetera. On top of all of these “what if” statements, it can be currently shown that governments are no longer in place for the people; they exist as their own separate entities. Tell me a country where the people actually want war, and not just their leaders. Do you want war? A lot of the times leaders in governments use war as a way to make money or to personally satisfy themselves in some way. Tell me that you know for fact that the people you all elected are the ones in office today, or that the ideas you presented to your representatives came to fruition. You can’t because you don’t know. Those bills were probably never presented in congress or your own form of legislature or parliament, and if they were, they were most likely not passed.

The education systems in America are horrible; I learned the same things every year in repetition, and my GPA was so low in high school because I gave up after a certain point. Our school had one of the highest average grade levels among students and was listed as a school of excellence by the state board of education, yet It was pathetic how stupid other people were. I took easy classes and people would struggle in them, not because they had learning disorders, but because they didn’t want or care to learn more. This goes to show how little the government and common society tries.

I wanted to get a nice degree in college, was thinking about getting my doctorate in some sort of geological or archaeological field, but I can't take eight more years of this bullshit. I'm still learning mostly the same things over and over. When I graduate, I'll have a piece of paper that will send me off to work under other people, to do the things I probably have never even thought to do because they are unimportant and remedial compared to the other work. This would probably continue for another decade or two, and by that time I'd be half dead.

I'm sure people would try to argue that life could never be completely harmonious and without some form of government where the citizens are as minimally involved as possible, but that’s only because we’ve always lived under our current beliefs and views of the world. Things haven’t really changed much in the past few generations. It wouldn't be that difficult if everyone came together to completely reform society as we know it and change our lives. Other than the rich at the top, I'm sure the entire world would be happier, even those in South America and Africa would receive more help and cooperation than they do. I'm not sure if things could ever be absolutely perfect or not, but a near-Utopian state in the world is not impossible, or even hard for that matter. People just don't want to believe they can achieve or work towards this because humanity as a whole is lazy and/or ignorant.

Technologically speaking, in the past century we have evolved greatly, but as a whole, as the human race, we have not moved forward. We have not changed or moved towards the next step in life, we may have even regressed due to the eases in life created by these new technologies. Come on, do we really need an iPhone 4S or a toaster that can play music? They have about the same usefulness.

Try to tell me that humanity is not hopeless unless it changes. Try to tell me that things are not truly the way I have just stated them. Call me crazy if you will, but that only shows that you are truly ignorant. Try to tell me that things will change for the better and we will continue to evolve and live on as a species if we just let things stay the way they currently are. Even if laws change and there are reforms in the current governments, will things really get better?

We only live once, at least as ourselves (I'm not going to go into any religious affairs about the afterlife), so why not be realistic and change the world? People could live harmoniously with each other if all they did was try... Seriously, people don't even try, and that is the biggest factor of my depression and hatred for our race. We separate our minds into petty thoughts, squabbling among differences in religions and beliefs, racism, war, politics, personal and business affairs, greed, senseless violence, drug abuse, etc. It would not be that hard if everyone just fucking tried a little.

I personally think life should be lived freely. I want to travel and explore the world, learn of everyone’s cultures, religions, etc. I would love to learn as many languages and trades as I possibly could. I would love to change the world by myself, but that’s impossible. I’d like to meditate with the monks in different monasteries, climb the peaks of the tallest mountains in the world, sail across the seven seas, help the countries and lands that need it, see through that all generations to follow us don’t have to put up with the problems our past few generations have caused, or at the very least, ensure that future generations will be born. All of these require the equal cooperation from other people; I cannot do any of these things by myself. Nor could any of you be in your positions today if it weren’t for the complete and equal cooperation of others. Your beliefs are probably formed around some previously created set of beliefs, your career or job wouldn’t have been created, your house would have never been built. Your parents loved one another and from them you were created at the very least. Two equal halves creating a beautiful new whole; it is the simple concept of yin-yang, the oldest concept known to mankind.

Life should be lived as you see fit to it through the use of your own will power. You should not live for an ideal, a person, a nation, etc. If it is not in your personal will power to know that something is absolute truth, then you should not follow it with everything you have, or else things end up like they have in our current society. We have let others change our views to the way they want us to see things. Live your life, do everything you possibly can and want to, but do not live it selfishly and only for yourself; if you do, do not think you will go without retribution, karma can be a bitch. There are around seven billion people in the world. As a race, we are only as strong together as our weakest member is alone.

I as one person cannot change the world, but if others (hopefully most others) would join in, I would gladly give my all and complete cooperation. People will not do this though, if you read this message, you will just think about it and go about your normal day, forgetting it eventually, maybe even before tonight. If you have read this, I would love to hear feedback of absolutely any kind, or at least know that you read the whole thing. Just leave a comment, send a message, or email me at chevalierblood@live.com with the title being re: the world, but don’t click the like button on facebook. I am just assuming that I will have less than ten replies, and if anything I will probably have likes on facebook. Prove me wrong on something, people. At least prove that you are not so lazy that you won't even read three pages of simple information.

And if you know me personally, I have had these thoughts since I was still in elementary school. These are the reasons why I am the way I am, always depressed or moody, speaking philosophically, or trying to shove my thoughts away completely by smoking pot. Other than the pot, the only reasons I act quirky and say the stupid things I do is because I can’t care for the current situations in the world. It is just a mask I put on to present myself to people from day to day. I still don’t know where to go to get started in life, as most people probably will not join me in any sort reform to our current society.

I've read this more than once. In fact, I've read it to other people as well. This is probably the best thing anyone has ever written on this website.
