So, i just turned 21 a couple of days ago, and it seems that i've been stuck in time for 5 years now. When i was 16, the only girl that i cared about dumped me because, well, i was 2 years younger. She said it made her look bad in front of her friends. I've been depressed ever since. I don't know what to do with myself. I thought thing would eventually sort out, but they did not. I dropped out from highschool, i neglected all my friends, now im pretty much on my own. My teachers didn't know i was depressed, so they pretty much made me drop out. Only my mom knows that, and my psychologist. Doctors said i was fine. I was thinking a lot about commiting suicide a few years back, and now the thoughts have returned. It's pretty funny how stupid i am, to destroy my life for one girl, considering im not bad looking, just shy. After we broke up i havent had a girlfriend, nor i talked to women. I think im screwed. lol... | |
and shyness can be worked on. just find a hobby, meet new people, make new friends. it will be difficult in the beginning but then things will get better.
and meeting new people with similar interests is the best way to eventually find a gf again. things happen faster when you are not waiting for them to happen, you know?
if you regret dropping high school, why don't you think about going back to school? just find motivation in what you can have.
