Will it get better?

I was made redundant now over 7 months ago. Never had it this tough. Have gone to interviews but no luck yet. It is hard to keep picking yourself up after so many rejections. If I can just get a job all will be great:) some days I feel so depressed. Want my kids to be proud of me. I am lucky I have a loving partner, nice home and good kids. My loser ex is thank god out of my life. Please life give me a break...

My dear, keep on trying. Whatever you did for work, if it is no-longer in fashion, get back to school and get trained for something that is in vogue. Nursing seems to be the real hot potato lately, but there are so many fields. Enroll in some classes, and before you know it, you'll have a whole new career makeover! Don't stress, everyone has had a rough spell in their work profession, at some point or another. You just have to pick up the pieces, and move forward-
You can do it-

Come on, you would have a better chance of getting a job if you showed up to the interview without a hangover and stinking of day old cheap bum wine. I know the story, your first partner kicked you out because of the horrendous bouts of drinking benders you went on. In your short writing it's easy to read between the lines. Admit it, in your new relationship you just lowered the bar and this person isn't half the human your ex was. Your life is diapating,, your getting old, your jealous of your ex because they are having copulous amount of raw, hot, satisfying sex that you never provided. You found a new partner whom already had a run down ghetto house and is more of a drinking partner than a true lover. I don't know how you can turn this around with all the child support back pay you owe, don't know what to suggest, you are so close to the bottom......

Applying for jobs is a numbers game. Keep applying and don't give up and eventually you will end up getting a job. Don't take rejections so personally.

stop whining and learn how to qualify better for the jobs your looking for. education, prior experience, background check problems, better credit. that's why your not getting hired. or you suck at interviews. or your overqualified or there's just too much competition and your gonna have to settle for something less
