Sounds like you're having some self esteem issues. You need to realize that you do deserve better and leave this guy once and for all. You cannot keep repeating this cycle. As for going to live with your parents, do not feel humiliated about doing so, if you need to, do it. Your parents will understand. I think the only thing that would make them unhappy is knowing that you're miserable and doing nothing about it. Please love yourself enough to want a better life.
