I know that you probably hate the guidance counselor, but this is the sort of thing they're meant to deal with. Tell a guidance counselor at school or go to a church (dosen't matter what kind, they're just supposed to point you in the direction of social services) or other community center like YMCA and tell a social worker. They're there to help kids (and adults) in your sort of situation. Which indeed sucks big time.

You should have moved out a long time ago. I have met several hookers and they all have the same story as you. Stay away from shrinks unless you can find a really good one as most of them are crap. Even though abuse leads young girls into prostitution, avoid this at all costs as the suicide rate for hookers is extremely high.
P.S. If my parents were any good, I would have never considered seeking the services of hookers.

hey, i hope you can see this. You have the same age as me. I want to tell you that the best thing you can do right now is to move out to a friend's house or a relative. This is gonna be hard, but simultaneously you gotta find a job so you can have money to take care of yourself. As soon as you think that you are in a good financial condition start taking care of your health by going to a therapist or a shrink. I know its hard for you to admitt that a doctor is going to help you but you have to brave and accept this.

My advice, dont leave on your own. Live with someone who'd you think can support you. And please dont limit your education because your family has sucked you life. You can do it and you are capable. This is for you.

I wrote the previous post. Find a GOOD therapist or shrink. When I attended college, most of the people who studied in the mental health profession were screwed up and really wanted to straighten out their own lives. A good mental health professional will make you feel good about yourself with your first visit. A good mental health professional is few and far between. Be advised, but good ones are out there.
