Orphan and lonely looking for real friendship

Yo, I'm a 32 year-old dude who is pretty much an orphan. My rents died when I was younger and don't really have many friends to relate to since they all got close families, and I'm so left out of everything. I hurt quite a bit and find happiness when I'm close with people, but that is becoming rarer as my friends get hitched and disappear to their girlfriends or wives. I'm a Christian and love God, so that has made things difficult to cause it is hard to relate to others who aren't. I enjoy camping, biking, kayaking and outdoor stuff and always wanted a bro to hang with and be there for. If anyone out there relates, hit me up by posting a response with your email or skype, and I'll check back. Later.

With all the outdoor activities you like, I bet you could make friends with an "Outing Club". I live in a touristy ski town, so there has to be a gazillion "Clubs" around here. I'm sure that wherever you are living, there must be something similar? The older you get- the harder it is to make "solid" friends. It takes a tremendous amount of "EFFORT" to maintain a friendship. Most of the time- too much effort. Which is why most of us are lonely. Don't give up on your friends. Invest more time with them, even if it feels like you're doing all the investing... Eventually, they will appreciate your persistence. Remember- "Everyone thinks that the world revolves around THEM"
